Update!

I didn't get to go see the movie. Instead I have spent the past few days trying to get my Christmas lights up on the house. Everytime I would get one set up, then the other set would go out and I would have to research and find the problem. This has gone on for three days and I have wanted to pull my hair out.

I got a call from the couple from North Carolina who donate guitars to us every year. I really wasn't expecting to hear from them but God is always on time. So they are sending ten more Takemine Guitars for the boys Ranch, along with Christmas cards for the boys.

I have been very busy with so many things I haven't had time to blog, but I will be on top of it for a few days now.

Ohhhhhh we've had that problem year after year after year. Fuses blow, up on roof replacing them, re-running them to a different extension cord...... it's enough to make me not want to put lights up each year. But George talks me into it.

I'm sorry with all that frustration you didn't get to see Narnia. I don't know if/when we'll get to & Colton is just "dieing".

WOOHOO on the guitars! I bet the boys will so enjoy getting those!

Hey, ^5 on the guitars!! Did you see Lowes has LED Christmas lights that use 80% less power and last 10 years? Lights can make you crazy as in the movie Christmas Vacation.

Whoa, Lowe's has lights that last 10 years!?!? Is there a guarantee on that? I know the feeling- I put some lights on my tree and they kept going out! Different strands, sometimes it was only half a string of lights, lol. I had to sit down and relax or I probably would have thrown the whole tree out of the window! LOL

That is excellent about the guitars. I'm sure the boys will love them! That is so sweet how they donate them. A little love goes such a long way... :)

FYI...luvbug if you keep blowing fuses, you've got too many strings of lights run together.

Mike....Chevy Chase's Christmas Vacation is my all time favorite Christmas movie behind, It's a Good Life and all the Scrooges!

Joe and Julie...nooooo! don't throw the tree out the window, they're so beautiful when you're done!

I love Christmas trees:

At least now I know I am not the only one who has this problem!!!

Mike,
You gotta be kidding me, I have to ck those lights out, guess where I will be tomorrow????

Julie,
lol!! I bought a tree with the lights already on it and only half of them work, I didn't want to box it all back up so I just threw a strand on the top and one on the bottom! haha, I have been so exasperated with lights this year, maybe I can start a new business putting lights up since I know people get frustrated with it!!! hmmm????

Bonita,
Just trying to give back a little here and there!!!

Bonnie,
YOu always make me laugh!!!

FTS,
So true, God is always on time and I am always amazed!!!

Leann,
Ok i will be more patient from now on!!!
