The Timetable

God sets the timetable for all events, worldwide, national and personal. Corrie Ten Boom said, "Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God."

When we realize He already knows, He is aware and He is working, we will let Go, We will give it to Him. It's hard to let go, but it is so much easier when we do. He knows the whole picture, He sees every detail, He knows how to work it out. It's all in His time.

Part of his timetable was to have you write and me read this post. Thanks for being obedient. It's so easy to worry about the future when we should be trusting the Lord. I will forever remember the quote from Corrie Ten Boom.

Thank you.

My husband was let to from his job on Thursday, the day before his birthday and the day I surprised him with the cruise. I know we'll get through this because God is bigger than any of our fears and problems. And in Him we have strength, hope and peace. Great post, Dana. It's funny how when I go through a particular situation, you write something that pertains to it and gives me a fresh new outlook (through God's eyes).

Thanks for being you.

Pat, I do know what you mean, it is hard to sometimes think that God is really involved in our everyday lives and He is working our His plan, but it is comforting to know He is.

Donna,
thank you for your prayers, you are also in mine.

Ron,
Yes I get tired of being human sometimes, cause we tend to doubt and how crazy is that? Why doubt the one that made everything, it makes no sense, He manufactured it so He can fix it.

Maria,
I truly enjoy your blog too, God uses so many of you in my life, I find that when I am going thru things, He has a way of directing me somewhere and that person is right on time.

Mike,
Wow it is great to see you around again, you are missed.

I LOVE that quotation!!!

And yes, letting go is NOT easy at all. It's much easier to keep grabbing the steering wheel with all my might...yet upon letting go, when I reach that point, I feel a tremendous peace washing over me...knowing I'm in GOOD hands.

I LOVE what one friend keeps telling me, "When you can't see God's hands, trust His heart."

Btw, I LOVE this blog of yours!!! :-)))) Keep spreading the light!
